The second work of this talented 3D artist Masaki Mochizuki depicts an old man with a butterfly. This 3D image resembles me a real photograph due to how realistic it looks. Good modeling and a great number of details will definitely capture your attention as they have captured mine.

Title: Drako
Author: Andre Holzmeister
Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Soft: 3ds max, mental ray, Photoshop

Drako

This 3D artwork, created by Brazilian artist Andre Holzmeister, is awe-inspiring and eye-catching. He did his best to recreate Count Dracula’s character: strong face, aquiline, with high bridge, thin nose, ears extremely pointed at the tops and thin cheeks. But as for me, this Drako image looks much kinder. There is a subtle smile on his face.

Gladiator

This is not a photograph - although it looks tremendously realistic. Mihai Anghelescu, the Canadian 3D artist, mostly specializes on creating 3D models of big-name people. Russell Crowe 3D model is one of them. I think, all his fans will be glad. :)

Title: Digital Beauty
Author: Florian Becker
Country: Germany
Soft: 3ds max, Photoshop
Portfolio here

Digital Beauty

This “Digital Beauty” meant to be the main character of a reel in a local cinema. But the workload was overwhelming, so just this still was created. Undoubtedly, this 3D model was created with a great deal of irony. I love the hair detail (the hair looks so realistic) and the light setup.

Title: Don Quixote de la Mancha

Country: Niteroi, Brazil
Soft: 3ds max, mental ray, Photoshop
Portfolio here

Don Quixote de la Mancha

As the author himself says, he made this image inspired by a Spanish statue of the amazing character of century XVII Don Quixote de la Mancha. This is a truly beautiful image with hilarious mood, clear and detailed modeling. I especially appreciate the scrawny arms, armour and facial expression. This 3D work in general evokes pleasant and cheerful feelings.

Title: Bad To The Bone
Author: Kosta Atanasov

Bad To The Bone

I really like the toy-ish look of this 3D model. I also have noticed the slightest detail: his eyebrows are on top of his bandanna. The proportions of the character and the bike impressed me much. The boots and the metal parts are amazing.
